Upcoming Tax Filing Season Electronic Filing

The IRS will not open up for Electronic Filing for this upcoming filing season until January 22nd.Individuals who just receive a W-2 and are not impacted by the AMT Patch which would effect individuals making $34,500 and over if not renewed by Congress can have their 2012 tax return prepared and e-filed beginning January 22, 2012.Please stayed tuned as there is so much to be decided in 12 days concerning all the deductions (over 74 in all) that are about to expire and would need to be renewed by Congress. The AMT Patch could effect 65 Million Americans alone. Also the Payroll Tax Holiday which is about to expire and would increase the Social Security  tax rate on all American Worker's to 6%.
